tttvip is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information entrusted to us by our players, visitors, and prospective registrants. This Policy applies to all personal data we collect through the tttvip website, mobile browser interface, live chat support system, email correspondence, and any other service channel associated with the tttvip brand.

This Policy should be read together with the tttvip Terms and Conditions, which govern the overall relationship between tttvip and its registered players. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and the Terms and Conditions on a privacy matter, this Policy shall prevail.

• Payment Processors: When you make a deposit or withdrawal via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, or Mastercard, the respective payment provider shares limited transaction confirmation data with tttvip to reconcile your account balance.
• KYC Verification Partners: tttvip works with accredited identity verification service providers to validate government-issued Philippine IDs. These providers may process biometric or document data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements.
• Regulatory Sources: PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) may share player-related information with tttvip in the course of regulatory compliance activities, including self-exclusion register checks.

4How We Use Your Data

tttvip uses the personal data we collect exclusively for the following stated purposes. We do not use your data for any purpose incompatible with those listed below without first obtaining your explicit consent:

• Account Management: Creating and maintaining your player account, verifying your identity and age (21+), and managing your wallet balance and transaction history.
• Service Delivery: Processing deposits and withdrawals, resolving game disputes, calculating bonus eligibility, and delivering the core gaming experience across all tttvip game categories.
• Regulatory Compliance: Fulfilling PAGCOR licensing obligations, reporting to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required under Republic Act No. 9160 (as amended), and responding to lawful requests from Philippine courts and government authorities.

• Customer Support: Responding to queries, resolving complaints, and improving the quality of the tttvip support experience through review of live chat and email interactions.
• Marketing Communications: Sending promotional offers, bonus notifications, and news about new games — only to players who have explicitly opted in to receive such communications. You may withdraw consent at any time via your account settings.
• Platform Improvement: Analysing anonymised or aggregated usage data to improve game performance, website navigation, and the overall player experience on the tttvip platform.

5Legal Basis for Processing

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, tttvip processes your personal data on the following legal grounds:

• Contractual Necessity: Processing that is necessary to perform the contract between tttvip and the player — including account creation, game delivery, payment processing, and dispute resolution — is conducted on the basis of contractual necessity.
• Legal Obligation: Processing required for PAGCOR compliance, AMLC reporting, age verification, and responses to lawful government orders is conducted on the basis of legal obligation.
• Legitimate Interests: Processing for fraud prevention, platform security, and responsible gaming monitoring is conducted on the basis of tttvip's legitimate interests, provided these interests are not overridden by your privacy rights.
• Consent: Processing for direct marketing communications and optional personalisation features is conducted only on the basis of your freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

6Sharing Your Data

tttvip does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share personal data only in the following circumstances and only to the extent strictly necessary:

• Payment Service Providers: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and card payment gateways receive the minimum data necessary to process deposits and withdrawals on your behalf.
• KYC and Identity Verification Partners: Accredited verification providers process your government-issued ID documents for age and identity confirmation. All such providers operate under binding data processing agreements that prohibit secondary use of your data.
• Game Technology Providers: Third-party game studios and live dealer platform providers may receive anonymised session and wagering data necessary to deliver their games through the tttvip platform. No personally identifiable information is shared with game providers beyond what is required for game integrity purposes.
• Regulatory Authorities: PAGCOR, the AMLC, the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and Philippine courts and law enforcement agencies may receive player data when required by a lawful order, warrant, or regulatory obligation.
• Professional Advisors: Legal, audit, and compliance advisors retained by tttvip may access personal data to the extent strictly necessary for the provision of professional services, subject to professional confidentiality obligations.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or transfer of the tttvip business, player data may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to the same privacy protections described in this Policy. Players will be notified of any such transfer in advance.

7Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The tttvip platform uses cookies and similar technologies to ensure the platform operates correctly, to remember your session preferences, and to comply with regulatory and security requirements. The following types of cookies are used:

tttvip does not use third-party advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or cross-site behavioural tracking cookies of any kind. You may manage or disable non-essential cookies at any time through your browser's cookie settings. Please note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will impair the functionality of the tttvip platform.

8Data Retention

tttvip retains personal data for the minimum period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to longer retention obligations imposed by PAGCOR licensing conditions, the Anti-Money Laundering Act, and other applicable Philippine regulations. The following retention periods apply:

• KYC and Identity Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of account closure or the last transaction, whichever is later, as required by AMLC regulations.
• Financial Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (RA 9160 as amended).
• Game Session Logs and Bet History: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the session, for dispute resolution and regulatory audit purposes.
• Customer Support Communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last interaction, to support quality assurance and follow-up complaint handling.
• Marketing Consent Records: Retained for the duration of your active account and for two (2) years following withdrawal of consent, to demonstrate compliance with consent requirements.
• Technical and Log Data: Retained for twelve (12) months from collection for security monitoring and fraud detection purposes, then securely deleted.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted using industry-standard data destruction methods or rendered permanently anonymous so that it can no longer be attributed to any individual player.

9Data Security

tttvip implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure. Our security framework includes:

• Encryption: All data transmitted between your browser and the tttvip platform is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Sensitive data stored in our databases, including KYC documents and financial records, is encrypted at rest using AES-256.
• Access Controls: Access to player personal data is restricted to authorised tttvip personnel and contractors on a strictly defined need-to-know basis. Role-based access control (RBAC) policies are enforced across all internal systems.
• Audit Logging: All access to, and modifications of, player personal data are recorded in immutable audit logs reviewed regularly by the tttvip security team.
• Penetration Testing: The tttvip platform undergoes regular independent security assessments, including penetration testing and vulnerability scanning, to identify and remediate potential weaknesses.
• Incident Response: tttvip maintains a documented data breach response procedure. In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to players, we will notify affected players and the National Privacy Commission within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach, in accordance with NPC Circular 16-03.

10Your Rights Under RA 10173

As a data subject under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by tttvip. To exercise any of these rights, contact the tttvip Data Protection Officer at the contact details provided in Section 12.

• Right to be Informed: The right to be informed that your personal data is being collected and processed, including the purposes for which it is used — which is the primary purpose of this Privacy Policy.
• Right to Access: The right to request a copy of the personal data tttvip holds about you, along with information about how it is used and with whom it has been shared. Requests will be fulfilled within fifteen (15) business days.
• Right to Rectification: The right to request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data we hold about you. Some corrections may require re-submission of KYC documents to maintain account integrity.
• Right to Erasure: The right to request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes collected and no overriding legal obligation requires its retention. Note that regulatory retention obligations (Section 8) may limit the scope of erasure requests.
• Right to Data Portability: The right to receive a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, and to transmit that data to another organisation where technically feasible.
• Right to Object: The right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes or any processing based on legitimate interests. Objection to marketing processing will be actioned immediately.
• Right to Lodge a Complaint: The right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines if you believe tttvip has processed your personal data in violation of the Data Privacy Act of 2012. NPC contact information is available at privacy.gov.ph.

11Children and Minors

If tttvip becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21 without the required verification process having been completed, we will immediately suspend the relevant account, void any associated transactions, return any deposited funds to their source, and securely delete the personal data collected, in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor in your care has accessed the tttvip platform and provided personal data, please contact our support team via live chat immediately so that we can take prompt remedial action.

12Policy Updates and Contact

tttvip reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in applicable Philippine law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, or our internal data processing practices. When we make material changes to this Policy, we will notify registered players via email and by displaying a prominent notice on the tttvip platform for a minimum of thirty (30) days prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the tttvip platform following the effective date of any updated Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you may close your account by contacting our support team before the effective date.

For complaints that have not been satisfactorily resolved by the tttvip DPO, you may escalate to the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines. Information on how to file a complaint with the NPC is available on the NPC's official website.
