Conditions of Use

1Definitions and Interpretation

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the tttvip website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services, games, and features accessible at tttvip.net and its subdomains.
• "Account" means a registered player account created on the Platform following successful identity verification.
• "Player Funds" means the Philippine Peso (₱) balance held in a registered player's tttvip wallet, comprising real-money deposits and settled winnings, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or incentive amounts credited to a player's account under a specific promotional offer, subject to distinct wagering terms.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating legal gambling activity in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required of all players before full account access is granted.
• "PST" means Philippine Standard Time (UTC+8), the time zone used for all platform operations, support hours, and game scheduling.

Words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of this Agreement.

2Eligibility and Account Registration

To register a tttvip account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person and a resident of the Philippines.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period on any PAGCOR-regulated platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of tttvip or any of its affiliated entities.
• The use of online gambling services is not prohibited by any applicable law in your jurisdiction of residence.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. tttvip reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing KYC compliance obligations. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited.

3Prohibited Conduct

By using the tttvip platform, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Violation of any prohibition in this section constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities.

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether under your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent account update.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are excluded from gambling under any applicable order.
• Attempting to access or use any automated system, bot, script, crawler, data-mining tool, or unauthorized software in connection with the Platform or any of its games.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in multiplayer games, including but not limited to live poker, live baccarat, or any game that allows player-versus-player interaction.
• Exploiting any software error, glitch, or vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity or using the Platform in any manner that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) as amended.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tttvip staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, structuring bets solely to meet wagering requirements with no genuine gaming intent, or otherwise circumventing promotional terms.

4Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on the tttvip platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits: tttvip accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit amounts are disclosed on the cashier page and are subject to change. Deposits are credited to your wallet promptly upon confirmation by the payment provider. tttvip is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. tttvip reserves the right to process withdrawals in tranches where the requested amount exceeds standard processing thresholds. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
• tttvip reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests in compliance with PAGCOR and AMLC requirements.
• Deposits that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to an administrative processing fee on withdrawal, as disclosed in the cashier section.

5Bonuses and Promotions

tttvip offers promotional bonuses, free bets, and other incentive programs to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed KYC verification and are in good standing on their accounts.
• Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). You must wager the combined value of the deposit plus the bonus amount by the applicable multiplier before bonus funds or any winnings derived from them become withdrawable.
• Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live table games and sports bets may contribute at reduced rates. Specific contribution rates are disclosed in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus offers have defined expiry periods. Any unmet wagering requirements and associated bonus funds will be forfeited upon expiry without notice.
• tttvip reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with or without notice, and without incurring liability to any player.
• Only one active welcome bonus may be held at a time. Players who deposit without opting in to a bonus offer are not entitled to claim the bonus retrospectively.

6Game Rules and Betting

The tttvip platform hosts casino games powered by certified third-party game providers and a proprietary sportsbook. The following general rules apply across all game categories:

Random Number Generator (RNG) Games: All slot games and virtual table games use independently certified RNG technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is disclosed in the game information panel. Past results have no bearing on future outcomes.

Live Dealer Games: Live baccarat, blackjack, roulette, dragon tiger, sic bo, and other live dealer games are streamed in real time from certified studio facilities. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game hand, bets already placed will be settled according to the recorded game outcome. tttvip is not liable for interruptions caused by the player's internet connection.

Sports Betting: Bets placed on sporting events are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing body. In-play (live) bets are subject to real-time odds that may change before confirmation. A bet is only valid once the Platform has confirmed it with a unique bet reference number.

• Maximum bet limits vary by game type and are displayed within the game or bet slip interface.
• tttvip reserves the right to void bets placed in error or arising from a manifest pricing error in the sportsbook.
• In the event of a dispute over game outcome, the Platform's server logs constitute the definitive record.

7Responsible Gaming

tttvip is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling across its platform in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. Gambling is intended to be an entertainment activity. tttvip provides the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure session duration alerts to notify you of how long you have been actively playing.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your access to the Platform for a defined period (24 hours to 8 weeks) without permanently closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration specified and will be actioned within 24 hours of the request being confirmed.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications displaying your current session duration and net win/loss position.

8Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, and other materials available on the tttvip platform ("Platform Content") are the intellectual property of tttvip or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform Content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in connection with your use of the Platform. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform Content without express written authorization from tttvip.
• Use any tttvip trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without prior written consent.
• Screen-scrape, frame, or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software or game code.

Any unauthorized use of Platform Content will constitute a material breach of this Agreement and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tttvip's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your tttvip account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tttvip expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, goodwill, or data, whether direct or indirect.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures caused by maintenance, third-party infrastructure outages, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any delay in the settlement of sports bets arising from delays in official result declarations by the relevant sporting body.
• Losses arising from your use of the Platform in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

10Suspension and Termination

tttvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, and to withhold or void associated balances, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the timeframe specified by tttvip.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Receipt of a valid legal order from PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or any competent Philippine court or authority.
• Death of the account holder, upon notification and subject to applicable succession procedures.
• Confirmation that the account holder is subject to a self-exclusion order on any PAGCOR-regulated platform.

You may close your tttvip account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon voluntary closure in good standing, any verified Player Funds remaining in your wallet will be returned to your nominated Philippine payment method within ten (10) business days, subject to outstanding wagering requirements and applicable withdrawal conditions.

11Privacy and Data Protection

tttvip collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is used for the following purposes:

• Verifying your identity and age in compliance with PAGCOR licensing conditions.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and transaction records.
• Detecting and preventing fraud, money laundering, and unauthorized access.
• Complying with AMLC reporting obligations and other regulatory requirements.
• Providing personalized customer support and, where consented to, marketing communications.

tttvip does not sell personal data to third parties. Data sharing with third-party service providers (payment processors, KYC verification partners, game providers) is conducted under strict data processing agreements and is limited to what is necessary for the stated purposes.

12Amendments and Governing Law

tttvip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least seven (7) days' prior notice via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. Players who are dissatisfied with the Platform's resolution of any dispute may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
